I have been a Project Manager for 18 years
My role includes :-
- Quoting / tendering on specific project
- Site surveys and inspections
- Meeting and liaising directly with clients
- Issuing purchase orders to sub contractors and suppliers
- Attending site visits and site meetings
- Liaising with site supervisors on a daily basis
- Attending to and resolving site issues
- Full administration and documentation as required including SWMS and MSDS
- Carry out final inspections and rectification of defects
- Hand over site to client

- Nick and Phil have been partners in the ceiling and partition industry for 23 years
- There rolls include :-
- Full time site supervision
- On site labour management
- Ordering materials
- Attending site meetings
- Maintaining and overseeing OH & S
- Carrying out tool box talks
- Ensuring and maintain quality control
- Ensuring we have a defect free completion

We currently employ 15 off – full time tradesmen who are all multi skilled in gyprocking, carpentry and aluminium fixing, glazing etc
We also have a pool of skilled sub contractors who we call upon when required – these sub contractors are experienced and have worked with us for a number of years.
